The book treats more or less fully of all parts oi the country , as to its geography , natural history , and inhabitants , both Russian and aboriginal , pointing out also the commercial prospects of Western Siberia in connection with the recent voyages of Wiggins and Nordenskjold ; whilst 3 , 000 miles of the Amur and Ussuri are here described by an English author as an eye-witnoss for the first time . 4 We can promise the readers of Mr .
