    article on M . T . Bass is somewhat ludicrous . The neat and sufficient , though brief article on George BassbMr . Andersonwhich precedes itis

    , , Ballantine , ' has missed out the Scotsman obituary notice , which is probably the only sufficient account of the poet . He also neglects to mention
