June 29 th , 1833 , died at Stockton upon Tees , aged- 90 years , Mary , th& wife of the Rev . B . Evans . " In her the Unitarian congregation at Stocktan have lost an amiable and honoured member . Her earthly labours were devoted to a cheerful fulfilment of her domestic duties , and an unassuming discharge of the private charities oi life . accomplishment of extraordinary achievements ; but it is in reality persons of such , a character as she possessed , who are the greatest benefactors of society , and who exhibit in its full extent the benignant influences of the Christian religion . Her pleasing and benevolent manners , and her peculiarly cheerful and resigned temper , endeared her to all who knew her , and' her aged partner might well be inconsolable at her loss were it not for those Christian views which enable the . bereaved mourner to anticipate a happy reunion with the object of his tender regards W .
