Breach of the Sabbath . It will scarcely be believed , but the fact is certain , that notwithstanding the seventy of the weather , and the critical state of the crops in Scotland , two farmers were fined tost week by
the Sheriff of Kircudbright £ \ 0 each , for carrying their corn on the preceding Sunday , in violation of the acS of the Scottish Parliament for punishing tne breach of the Sabbath .
