    of expense it will require in order to carry this desirable object into effect ; I have the honour to enclose , for your Lordships' further information , the copy of & communication which I have received from his

    Grace the Archbishop of Canterbury , in reply , from which your Lordships will perceive , that the total expense of printing two hundred aod fifty copies of the Manuscript entitled " The Codex Alexan ? drinus , " will amount to seven

    thousand three hundred and thirty-nine pounds seventeen shillings and sixpence j and further , that Mr . Baber will undertake to complete the work in nine years . And I am to desire that your Lordships will be pleased
