Aidridge , of JLyndhur . ^ t ; W . Smedley , of X > ownton ; H . Short , of Ivverne ; I > . Jones , and S . Webley , ortrowbridge ; J . Hook , of Me Ik ham ; and O . Roberts r of Warminster ; nearly all of whom took some part of the pub'ic service . As in former meetings , there were three serntons delivered , and all on given
subjects . Mr . Kingsford , on Tuesday evening- delivered the first , on the Reconciliation of penitent Sinners to God ;" Mr . Aldridge on Wednesday afternoon the second , on " the Improvement of "Time ; " ? and Mr . Jones in the evening , the third , on *• Christian Union . " The
morning part of Wednesday was taken up in consultation on different matters relating to the churches , from which the reports were upon the whole pleasing and satisfactory , and particularly so appeared the prospect respecting Salt-lane , where the preaching of the general Bap-

ThE ANNUAL ASSEMBLY OT » GENERAL baptists will be holden , in the meeting-house , Worship-street , " JLondon , on Tuesday , June 7 . The ' members will meet fcr business , early in . the morning .
Divine service will commence at eleven o * clock , the Rev . R . Wright , of Wisneach , to preach the sermon . The friends will afterwards dine together , at - the King ' s Head Tavern in the Poultry . Dinner at half-past three o ' clock .
Unitarian fund . The anniversary of this society will be holden on Wed * re day , June , 8 th , in the chapel , Parliament-coilrt , Artillery-lane , Bi : hopsgatestreet . Public service will begin at eleven o ' clock ; the Rev . James Lyons , late of Hull , whose sermon , avowing the Unitarian doctrine , is reviewed in the present number , will preach the discourse
to the Society . After service , the report of the conrMitteevrill be read , and the other business , such as choosing officers for the ensuing year , &c . be transacted . On Wednesday evening at the close of the public service , there was an apett communion \ and Baptists , general and particular , as well as Methodists , Independents , and Presbyterians , all partook together : this , it is hoped / will have d happy efFect , in softening the rigour of party-prejudice .
