Begistrar . _" And be it further enacted , that from and after the expiration of tw _^ fa _^ calendar months , computed from the date of such registration , marriages shall or lawfully may be solemnized in every such place so to be registered ,, itt suck form , and with such rites and ceremonies , as shall accord with the
religious feelings of the parties to be married , provided that every such marriage shall be solemnized with open doors , in the presence of two or more credible witnesses , between the hours of eight and twelve in the forenoon , and likewise subject to the further provisions herein-after expressed or referred to .
And be it further enacted , that at any time after the expiration of twelve calendar months from the passing of this Act , whenever the banns of marriage shall hav _6 been duly published three several Sundays in the _proper Parish Church or Churches , or Chapel or Chapels , as * required by law , without any declaration of just cause or impediment to such marriage
between any two persons who shall be Nonconformists , or one of whom shall be a Nonconformist to the Church of England as by law established , ani _^ _f who shall be desirous of _beipg married in some place of religious worship _registered under the provision _^ of this Act , it shall be lawful for either of such persons , upon presenting a declaration in Writing to that _effect specifyiflg the place at which such ' marriage is intended to be solemnized , ( which declaration ahall be deemed and accepted as conclusive evidence of sUcU Nonconformity _») to demand from the rector , vicar , curate , or officiating ; minister of each and every parish , chapelry , or ecclesiastical district in which
