The Members present at the Meeting were fully satisfied with the Report , and resolved unanimously that a Reduction of 314 per-Cent , should be made in the current year's Premium payable by all Policy-holders now entitled to participate in the Profits . Credit is allowed for half the Annual Premiums for the first five years .
