" To Professor Uolloway , Sik . —1 beg- to inform you that for nearly five years I hardly knew what it was to have a 'lay ' s health , suffering irom extreme weakness and dobilitv , with constant nervous headnches , giddiness , and sickness of the stomach , together . with a great depression of spirits .
