MONEY MARKET AND CITY INTELLIGENCE . Friday Evening-, November 2 , 1855 . This irritating tone of the Government journals and of the Times ngniutt the United Statos , and the alarm tliai ia beginning to manifest itself amongst buain as men leat we should find ourselves plunged into a . most disastrous wnr with America , through the intolerable follv and judicial blindness of our Government , are causes which have depressed the Funds—and although there has been a reaction to-day , tlio state of the mirket ia very steady . The accounts from tdo Enst now read very diuWontly from last week , and the Minister of War , when he elated that by a telegraph from General Simpson , ho learnt on tlio 17 th that Sir Colin Cumphcll hud been dispatched to Eupatoiii with a strong force , either deceived liimsolf or othora or waa deceived by the Com luunder-in- Chief iu the Crimea . The fact of the allied troops being in force within a few miles of Simpheropo ) , and under tlie bea . general the army has in the East , was very craUlying ; ftud now it seeing , Hint warned by
